This is THE ultimate basic tool. We have used DNTU and especially the MRC for several years now on 3500+ servers and workstations, couldn't do without it. Keep up the great work.

We used this Tool already in my old company! No, I try to organize a new procurement of this software for my new one... Please note: the only difference to my old company is the use of an Active Directory!

I had the good fortune to have contacted Bryan Brinkman, a Dameware technical support staffer for assistance in rectifying a problem with Dameware access. Bryan was extremely competent, responsive, and more readily available for repeated commentary than any other vendor with whom I have had technical interface. He didn't give up until he had successfully solved my problem. Excellent company/execellent support individual. WELL DONE!!

Hi there! We are happy DameWare users, we have been using it since version 3.7 and the new version 6 is awesome! Keep up the good work! I have a couple of questions; I notice there are many, many big players in the business community using your product. Have you considered creating a forum or a blog for your user's to exchange ideas and troubleshoot problems, i.e. pass accumulated knowledge along? I know that I, for one, would love to see how other companies are utilizing DameWare, and if they have had similar experiences with it. If you are already doing this, please let me know where I can find this info. Also, we as DameWare users love the Mini Remote control, it saves us hours and hours every day. Have you considered adding a chat client to this product? There are times that it would be very beneficial to be able to chat with a remote user... Just some thoughts. As I said, we love the product, keep it up! Thanx! ~Toddro~

Since 4 to 5 years we use MiniRemotecontrol. Many servicecals from our customers could be solved by using it. It's not as popular like PC-Anywhere, but the people (administrators and customers) who know it, would never like to miss it again. You should do more advertisement in germany, to get it more popular! :-)

I have been using DameWare since late 2003 and I would like to tell you how much I love this product.
While consulting for a local hospital, I used DameWare to completely support the hospital 24/7. Issues from server crashes to broken mice were idenified and addressed using the awesome power of DameWare's mini remote control and NT Utils products. I would coordinate with the onsite IT staff to perform physical tasks, but those episodes were few and far between. It wouldnt be too far from the truth to say that DameWare helped the hospital save lives by allowing the IT Staff to press forward with projects instead of having to address break/fix issues.
I am now the IT Director at a large tree fruit operation in Central Cal and DameWare is once again the hub in our support wheel. Without this product, I would be forced to travel to remote sites mutiple times per day which would utterly kill my productivity.
Bigtime Kudos to the DameWare staff - you have an amazing product :)!

DNTU is an absolutely indispensable part of my admin toolkit. The best bang for the buck of any software I've ever bought.

Two years ago I went to my boss to convince her we should be using DameWare for our support team rather than PCAnywhere. Not only did we save a stupid amount of money (which we did, from my point of view), we have also had no problems with DameWare that your support team didn't have answers for within hours. New license key requests (which I've done with 5.0 and now 6.0), same thing; I get a reply in hours where I would expect a day or longer. Add to those facts that I regularly get to tell other IT professionals "Oh, you can't do that with your remote admin tool? Huh, DameWare does it; no problem. You might want to check it out."
Wonderful doesn't begin to cover it. Seriously. It's just the best I can say without people looking at me funny. Ok, funnier than they do already...

Well I am going to just plagiarize Anonymous from Omaha:
"This product is outstanding. I have absolutely no problems with the software. The only thing I would like to see is a forum on this site so we can exchange ideas and experiences with other DameWare users."
One negative comment is you are doing your selves a disservice with the name. The implication at least for me is that it is something far less than it is, there is nothing "Mini" about it. When I found your utilities things like PC-Any, VNC and such went right out the door.
