Fantastic tool for day-to-day IT Support

Dameware has proven to be an invaluable tool in the day-to-day IT support operations of my not-for-profit agency. With nearly 100 users and servers to manage, Dameware provides us with an easy way to monitor and troubleshoot equipment as well as survey our network. The price is right, the feature set is fantastic and keeps getting better, and the community and support is very responsive.
Definitely recommended!
Life without Dameware?

As a system admin, I cannot imagine life without Dameware. I found it 10 years ago and it never leaves my side. I've bought a copy for every employer I've ever been with. For as much multitasking as I do, it really helps not having to get up and physically touch each machine I have to work on. I would LOVE to see some nice inventorying tools incorporated into DNTU...

My company has recently purchased a license for your software. I have been using this product for close to ten years, it is hands down the best network administration tool for the win32 platform. Without this tool I would have sunk a thousand times. Thank you so much for maintaining this product over the years and with a more than a reasonable price it is an easy sell to the "money guys" in any corporate environment. Thank you once again and keep up the great work with this product or any other future endeavors you embark on. By the way if you develop any other products I would be more than enthusiastic about trying out any other products you may offer. Thanks Again
